Own the beat.
We do right by each other by keeping the rhythm. Collectively inspiring and motivating ourselves to keep the momentum whilst never dropping the ball. We play our parts, take the lead when we need to and we trust each other to do the same. This is our beat and we know how to keep it going.
Thank you, next.
We give each project our best. We allow ourselves to enjoy the moment and then we move on with energy and passion. We keep our eyes open for opportunities, we learn new skills but we never get comfortable. We know how we got here and we’re ready to take on what’s next.
Keep a mullet mindset.
We work hard and we live hard too. We take our work seriously and never mess with what’s important, but we also know that life’s too short to take one's self too seriously and it’s fine to be ‘all Business in The Front and all Party in The Back’
